Our services use AI to monitor brand visibility across AI search engines, analyse responses, and generate recommendations. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
By submitting content (brand names, prompts, competitor data, website URLs, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and use it to provide, operate, improve, and develop our services, including for AI training as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Plan changes take effect immediately.
All rights in our software, technology, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of our intellectual property.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Use is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or users.
You may stop using the services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority in the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
